FAQ
From what age can I ride?
From age 16. Riders under 16 cannot use them.
Do I need a driving licence?
No. A driving licence is not required (you must be 16 or older).
Is a helmet required?
Wearing one is a best-effort obligation. For your safety, we recommend wearing a helmet.
What kind of electric bikes are they?
We have one seated-type and one kick-scooter-type.
Can I ride to Shiraito Falls?
You can tour toward Shiraito Falls, drive through the mountains, and visit sights nearby.
How much does it cost?
Planned at 1,000 yen for 1 hour, 2,500 yen for 3 hours, and 4,000 yen for a full day (tax included). We will update this once confirmed.
